Upvc cladding is available from all Weather Plastics in all colours White, Rosewood, Woodgrain, Golden Oak and Black Ash to name but a few and can be fitted at a very reasonable rate. This saves you either paying someone to paint or maintain it or trying to paint or maintain it yourselves. The correct procedure for fitting is quite intricate and certainly not a DIY job, first you must have safe access to strip all the old rotten timber cladding off then repair or possibly replace any water proof membrane next new tanalised battens will be fitted and spaced out at the manufacturers recommendation for the cladding to be securely fixed and limit any chance of movement as an added bonus we can also fit sheet insulation which will help keep the heat in your home and hopefully drive your heating bills down which I think everyone would appreciate.
